Terms and Conditions for Party Booking.

1. Confirmation of the Booking

Your party booking is only fully confirmed when we have received your deposit, and you have received a booking confirmation email from us. Payment of the deposit must be made within 48 hours of your booking enquiry. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive an email confirming delivery of your deposit and the party booking details; please retain this email for reference. Agreement and acceptance of our Terms and Conditions are mandatory for all bookings through our online booking form.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand there may be unforeseen circumstances causing party cancellations. If you need to reschedule, we will do our utmost to accommodate your needs within a 12- month timeframe from your initial party date (subject to entertainer availability).

However, if you wish to cancel the party completely, keep in mind that the deposit fee is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your booking within 8 days of the party date the full amount will become due.

3. Entertainers

Upon receipt of your deposit, you will receive an email receipt detailing the amount paid, the remaining balance amount and due date, and confirmation of your party's specific details including character choice, time, date and location. In rare circumstances, your chosen character may become unavailable, rest assured, we will do our best to provide a suitable and agreeable alternative.

Entertainers reserve the right to terminate a party immediately in the event of verbal or physical abuse or any perceived threatening behaviour. Your entertainer's safety and comfort are paramount.

We reserve the right to change the entertainer allocated to your party at our discretion.

We may not always notify you of this switch but be assured that all our entertainers are assessed to The Peoples’ Princess Parties standards and will contact you on the week of your party.

There will be no liability on the part of our Company for party delays or cancellations due to Force Majeure (e.g., extreme weather, emergencies, etc.). The charge will be commensurate strictly with the entertainer's duration of presence at your party.

4. Payments

If you have requested the Company's Director, Arybella, to officiate your party, an additional charge will apply, and this will depend on your location.

The balance remaining after the deposit must be paid on or before 7 working days prior to the event.

Once a party is confirmed via email, deposits become non-refundable.

Depending on the entertainer’s availability and location, additional travel charges may apply to your booking. If you change your party location, we reserve the right to add travel charges if this affects the entertainer's travel time or distance to the revised location.

5. The People's Princess Parties

The People's Princess Parties is not liable for any costs associated with your party outside of the entertainer fee.

We reserve the right to modify any aspect of the party (such as equipment, party structure, and games) at our discretion.

Please be aware that all our princesses and characters are purely creative interpretations and in no way associated with other copyright-protected franchises. Our
costumes, characters, jewellery and wigs are derived from our own imaginations, and we do not claim to be associated with any copyrighted or name-brand character.

Please note that our entertainers are compensated based on the amount of time they spend at the party, not based on the activities, costumes, or games provided at the
party.

By booking a party with The People's Princess Parties, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.

6. Party Info
You must include number of children at your party you will be penalised if more attend.

If you wish to change your package after receiving the deposit this can only be an increase.

Please note we do not take cash
If we do not receive your final payment 7 days before we are reserve the rights to cancel your party and you won’t receive a refund.

If your party runs over or you request your entertainer to say longer there is a supplement fee due on the day of the party .
